About the Role:
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Housekeeping team as a Public Area Attendant. The public area attendant keeps public areas, including our lobbies and restrooms, clean, neat and well supplied.
What you will do:
- Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas.
- Supports the cleanliness of public areas in the Vue Observatory.
- Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms. Makes sure all surfaces are clean. Restocks all supplies including toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
- Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in.

Schedule and Hours:
- This position is a full-time role. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours. Candidates must be able to work Mornings, Days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
