Job Description

At the Masters, every detail matters, and you can make all the difference. The Driver is primarily responsible for the transportation of either stock items or employees within the operation, ensuring all service meets Club standards.
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr
Essential Functions of the Job
- Transports stock items or employees as directed by the Warehouse Assistant or the Supervisor.
- Assists in the loading and unloading of stock items.
- Maintains communication by radio with the Warehouse Assistant or the Supervisor.
- Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
- Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
- Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
- Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
- Attends mandatory orientation and training.
- Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.
Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge/Attributes

- Augusta National's practice requires candidates to be at least 25 years of age.
- Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
- Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
- Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 50 pounds.
- Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.
- Requires a valid driver's license if required to operate a Club vehicle or golf cart.
