Job Description
Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hiring a Property Manager! This person will be responsible for all functions related to the management of assigned locations, including direct management of property assistants, budget development, budget management, oversight of maintenance operations at each assigned site location, filling of vacant units, and communicating with residents. In addition, this person will be responsible for all functions relating to applicant eligibility screening, tenant certifications, rent collections, evictions, as well as keeping detailed and accurate records of all resident files.
Our ideal candidate will possess at least three years’ experience in property management, four-year college degree a plus. This candidate will have strong knowledge in HUD regulations, including Fair Housing, property management, housing assistance and tenant/landlord law. Candidates should be skilled in budget development and management, personnel supervision, as well as possess analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. Sensitive to the needs of persons with diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds.
This is a full-time, 35-hour work week, position.
A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance are required.
