Location:Fort Worth, TX (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the positive public image of our organization through strategic communication efforts. This position requires a creative and proactive individual who can effectively manage media relations, draft compelling press materials, and coordinate public outreach activities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
Monitor media coverage and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
Coordinate and support public events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
Assist in creating content for social media channels to enhance public engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in media relations and public relations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
