Role Overview

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting PR campaigns, event coordination, and community outreach, including:

Key Responsibilities

Assist with press kits, outreach materials, and public-facing content
Professionally engage with attendees, donors, volunteers, and media contacts
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and event feedback
Contribute creative ideas to enhance communication strategies and expand reach

Qualifications

Friendly, confident, and motivated to learn
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Interest in events, nonprofit work, public relations, or community engagement
Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteer roles is a plus but not required
18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
