Job Description
Job Title: FL-DBPR-Doral-CTMH-Compliance Officer • Location: Doral, FL (Onsite) • Contract Duration: Contract until 06/30/2026 • Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
- Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
- Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST.
- Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.
- Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate.
- Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
- Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
- Document the actions in the OnBase system.
CANDIDATE REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately
- Read and interrupt Florida statutes
- Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment

- Manage the service and renewal process for clients
- Assisting customers with problem resolution
- Educate on new Pet insurance products
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify automotive service needs
- Disturb requests and telephone service requests
- Provide operational support for the Service Center
- Provide operational management and support at service center location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments
- Complete the ACS Days Operations Recap on a daily basis for the ACS night operation
- Work 2nd shift and provide operational support to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments

- Handling all inbound service calls and managing appointments
- Provide positive customer service, including greetings, assistance with luggage and personal belongings
- Maintain composure when addressing stressful situations
- Articulate the client's product and service offerings
