OpenX is seeking a motivated, commercially curious Summer Intern to join our Publisher Development (Business Development) team. This team is responsible for driving supply growth by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding premium publishers across display, mobile app, and CTV.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the ad tech ecosystem and the opportunity to work alongside senior sales leaders on strategic partnerships and revenue-driving initiatives. You will gain a strong understanding of how publishers monetize inventory and how OpenX differentiates in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

  •    Identify and research prospective publisher partners across CTV, mobile app, and webAnalyze publisher business models, ownership structures, and monetization strategies
  •    Support pipeline development and track new business opportunitiesPrepare meeting briefs, opportunity summaries, and follow-up materials
  •    Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Product teamsConduct industry and competitive research across the programmatic ecosystem
  •    Contribute to strategic projects including market expansion and publisher segmentationPresent insights and recommendations to the Publisher Development team

    What You'll Bring

  •    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fieldStrong interest in sales, partnerships, media, or ad tech
  •    Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
  •     Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs (Excel a plus)
  •    Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
