Job Description: Publix / Walmart Remodel Construction Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction and renovation projects at Publix and Walmart locations
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Desired Experience:
