We are seeking a Purchasing Administrator/Receptionist to support our Purchasing, Sales, Operations, and HR teams. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and calls, while also assisting with purchasing and administrative support.

Responsibilities and essential job functions will include, clerical work, vendor management, data entry, and admin support, but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls, greet visitors, manage visitor log
- Assist with purchase order entry, tracking, and receiving
- Process invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Support dropship orders and work order creation
- Data entry and internal project support
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Customer service experience required
- Purchasing/order processing experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 15–25 lbs

Summary of Experience and Education
- Proven experience in order processing / purchasing.
- Strong attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Proficient computer skills: Including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills internally and externally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes.
- Reliable and able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of data security and confidentiality practices to ensure the protection of customer information.
