Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Compatibility QA Analyst to join our dynamic Game Operations team, focusing on mobile gaming for iOS and Android platforms. This role involves a blend of 20% testing and 80% quality analysis, aimed at ensuring the highest game functionality and stability across a wide range of consumer devices. The successful candidate will work closely with both technical and business units, becoming a key player in developing QA strategies and ensuring product excellence before market release.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile compatibility, focusing on device configurations and performance metrics.
Conduct comprehensive testing and triaging for game compatibility across iOS and Android devices, along with other consumer platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, create/maintain test cases, and report on testing outcomes.
Proactively identify and communicate significant issues affecting product quality, device compatibility, or project timelines.
Engage in continuous development of testing tools and frameworks to enhance QA testing efforts across the Compatibility, Compliance, and Cloud (CCQA) space.

Must-Have Skills:

Exceptional testing experience with iOS and Android devices.
Proficiency with Xcode and ADB tools.
Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.

Industry Experience:Experience in the gaming industry is highly preferred, with a minimum of 4 years in QA and at least 3 years focused on compatibility testing.
