Job Description

Provide a short description of the Position: Develop, execute, maintain and interpret Software Load/Performance Tests for OTDA applications Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: This position will perform load/performance testing on new, enhanced and fixed application features before the updated software packages are released. Responsibilities include writing test plans; designing and developing load test scripts based on analysis of software specifications; the execution of manual or automated tests for new application functions, maintaining test cases and data. The position will also participate in business requirements gathering sessions, the creation of test data and performance testing tasks for the application. Testing may also include application code, middleware code, and database tables. The position may also include training and mentoring new members of the project team. Will also provide troubleshooting and support to application development teams when necessary.
