The Role

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer who thrives in complex environments and has the technical chops to ensure quality at scale. This isn’t a “check-the-box” testing role—this is about building automation frameworks, breaking things in smart ways, and guaranteeing excellence before products reach the client.

The ideal candidate has a consulting or start-up background, knows how to work independently with minimal direction, and has 5+ years of QA automation experience in fast-paced software environments.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and API applications.
Write, execute, and refine automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to ensure quality is baked into every step.
Identify bugs, track defects, and champion solutions with engineering teams.
Balance speed with precision—delivering thorough testing without slowing down delivery.
Act as the final gatekeeper of quality before products reach our clients.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of hands-on experience in QA automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar).
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits in.
Ability to create test strategies for complex, multi-system environments.
Experience in consulting or fast-moving start-up environments preferred.
Action-oriented mindset—you don’t just find problems, you help solve them.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with performance/load testing tools or have DevOps exposure.
