Job Title: QA Documentation Specialist I Location: Bend, OR Duration: 6 months on w2Job Duties:" Continuous development and knowledge of GMP regulations" Support implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Systems" Control record management including receipt, reconciliation, scanning and verification, record check-out/check-in and maintain scanned record back-ups" Controlled document issuance and tracking" Support audit activities" Controlled numbering issuance and tracking" Perform other duties as assignedWork experience:" Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills" Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel" Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work with multi-functional groups in a fast-paced environmentEducation:" High School diploma/GEDLevel of authority:" Responsible for work accuracy and provides direction on GMP practices and procedures
