OverviewLeading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced QA Inspector. Ideal candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
- Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
- Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory standards
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality management systems and software
