Job Description

• Job Title: QA Inspector• Location: Andover, MA• Type: Contract• Compensation: $46.88• Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote• Hours: 40.0

OverviewLeading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced QA Inspector. Ideal candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications
Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records
Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory standards
Effective communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with quality management systems and software
