Where You'll Make a Difference
- Perform analytical testing on in-process samples and finished products to support product release
- Prepare reagents and solutions required for laboratory testing
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment
- Accurately record, analyze, and communicate test results
- Apply aseptic techniques and investigate potential contamination sources
- Support internal and external stakeholders with quality-related inquiries
- Participate in laboratory investigations, problem-solving, and troubleshooting activities
- Follow and maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, and hygiene requirements
- Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards including ISO, HACCP, GMP, Kosher, and Halal
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership in daily tasks
How You Would Stand Out
- Experience working in QA/QC within a biotechnology or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GMP, HACCP, or ISO
- Experience with microbiological testing and contamination investigations
