| Job Description | Key Responsibilities• Test strategy: own the unit, system, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy from build through go-live, ensuring defects are resolved before production deployment. • UAT coordination: coordinate UAT scenarios and sign-off with CalHFA business stakeholders alongside the Business Analyst. • Migration validation: validate data migration mock runs and reconciliation reports produced by the Data Migration Lead. • Compliance testing: verify WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 accessibility and support sanitized third-party penetration-test result reviews. • Deliverables: produce test plans, UAT results, and defect logs as required project deliverables. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | Required Qualifications — Mandatory 7+ years QA/test management; 4+ years testing ServiceNow implementations• Minimum 4 years leading QA/test management on ServiceNow implementations, including at least one California state or local government engagement. • Prior experience running formal UAT with a U.S. public-sector client, including defect-tracking and sign-off processes suitable for a government stakeholder audience. • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) or equivalent test-automation tooling.Preferred Qualifications• Experience validating WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 accessibility compliance. • Experience supporting third-party penetration testing coordination and remediation validation. | ||||||||
