Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain QA processes, standards, playbooks, and operational documentationDevelop, review, and enhance QA governance and organizational proceduresCreate and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reportingManage defect metrics reporting, including defect leakage, defect density, production defects, and quality trendsPull, analyze, and validate data from Clarity, Jira, Rally, Power BI, SharePoint, and QA toolsPrepare executive-ready presentations, status reports, and leadership summariesEstablish and manage recurring reporting schedules and reporting governanceIdentify manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiencyPartner with QA leads, project managers, and business stakeholders to collect and analyze project health dataSupport resource planning, portfolio reporting, demand tracking, and capacity managementTrack action items, decisions, risks, and deliverables across the QA organizationDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reporting, automation, and operational efficiencyRequired QualificationsExperience in Quality Assurance, PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis, or QA OperationsStrong understanding of QA methodologies, defect management, and software delivery lifecyclesExperience creating executive-level dashboards and reportingExcel and Power BI skillsExperience with Clarity, Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar reporting toolsStrong data analysis and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience creating process documentation and operational proceduresStrong communication and presentation skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large enterprise QA organizationsKnowledge of test automation tools and QA metricsExperience with Power Automate, Power Platform, or workflow automation toolsSAP, Workday, Finance, Retail, or Enterprise Systems experienceFamiliarity with AI-enabled productivity and reporting solutionsSuccess MeasuresDelivers accurate, timely executive reporting and QA scorecardsMaintains a centralized QA governance and documentation repositoryProvides actionable insights from defect and quality metricsSuccessfully automates manual reporting and operational processesImproves visibility into QA portfolio health, risks, and delivery outcomesEnables QA leadership to focus on strategy by reducing administrative and reporting overhead
