Job Description

Full Time | Weekly Pay | Temp-Hire

Location: Paramount, CA Shift: 2nd Shift Industry: Food Manufacturing Pay: $18/hr.

We’re looking for a reliable, detailoriented Quality Control Technician to join our 2ndshift team in a fastpaced food production environment. If you have experience with food safety, inspections, or QA/QC processes, this is a solid longterm opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Check products on the line (labels, weight, lot codes, allergens)

  • Make sure products look right and meet company standards

  • Find and report any bad or “nonconforming” products

  • Take samples for testing (micro, visual, etc.)

  • Do preop checks before the line starts

  • Do allergen and ATP swabs on equipment

  • Help with simple equipment checks/calibration

  • Help with GMP walkthroughs and safety checks

  • Check raw materials when they arrive

  • Follow food safety programs (Food Defense, Sanitation, Glass/Brittle Plastic)

  • Other tasks as needed

Required

  • QC or food factory 2 years of experience

  • Able to follow instructions and write clearly

  • Good attention to detail

  • Comfortable working on the production floor
