Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, and dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Permanent QA/QC Supervisor in the Accounting + Finance industry. This role will involve overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes in our plant operations, labor management, and cost control sectors. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that our financial operations and processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. • Supervise and manage the QA/QC team to ensure all financial operations are carried out in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and standards for the finance department.
• Oversee plant operations, labor management, and cost control to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any areas for improvement or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they understand and adhere to quality control procedures and standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on the performance of the QA/QC processes.
• Ensure all financial operations are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
• Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the QA/QC process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC supervisory role in the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Proven experience in plant operations, labor management, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
