Job Description
Location: Remote (CST or EST hours) Required Skills & Qualifications Atlest 3-5 years of experience with strong testing background. Knowing what their results were would be super helpful. Kainos testing experience would be a plus JIRA and Jira X ray – heavily used so its preferred. – Knowing this is critical for this testing projects. Knowing how to open up a test case in JIRA is important if test case is blocked for the team. Workday - plus HCM leadership - plus Self-starter Ex Cap one would be nice to have, however not mandatory. Strong testing background is important Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage with TMO through meetings, development of required testing documents (plans, test scenarios, etc.) Develop and socialize upcoming test strategy in partnership with core team and TMO Develop and maintain testing tools (dashboards, sheets, etc.) Develop, maintain, and report metrics for testing status Facilitate daily management of testing with HR testing team, including stand-ups and defect management Engage with project managers and product leads to address testing issues and provide input for status updates
