QA Staging & Inspector Associate-San Marcos, CA

We’re hiring a QA Staging and Inspection Associate to join a leading vitamin & supplement manufacturer! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow. Candidates must be available for an onsite interview.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for staging materials using a forklift, performing visual inspections of raw materials and finished goods, pulling samples for testing, and completing required documentation in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards. The position also involves tracking inspection status and maintaining accurate records.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect and sample raw materials to ensure quality standards

Document results and support batch records

Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures

Operate forklift to stage materials

Track inspection status and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years QA or pharma experience preferred

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail & communication skills

Forklift experience preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful

Physical Demands

This role requires standing constantly throughout the shift, with occasional walking, bending, and reaching. Work involves frequent use of hands for handling and fine motor tasks. Lifting and pushing/pulling of light loads (up to 20–50 lbs) may occasionally be required.

Additional Information & Incentives
