QA System Associate

QA Systems Associate (Contract) Manufacturing EnvironmentWe are seeking a QA Systems Associate to support a critical SAP 2.0 implementation and stabilization effort within the Quality organization. This individual will assist with SAP Quality Management (QM) migration activities, hypercare support, and material/lot release processes to ensure products are released on time and customer delivery commitments are met.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP 2.0 Quality Management (QM) transition activities Assist with SAP hypercare and post-go-live stabilization effortsExecute material and lot release activities within SAPReview and maintain quality documentation and system recordsPartner with Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve release-related issues Help ensure timely release of finished goods to support customer deliveriesPreferred BackgroundQuality Assurance, Quality Systems, or Quality Control experienceManufacturing environment experience requiredSAP experience strongly preferred (especially Quality Management/QM module)Experience with material release, batch release, or inventory disposition processes Strong documentation and data-entry accuracyExperience in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty materials, or life sciences is a plus Why This Role Is CriticalThis position supports a major SAP deployment initiative and helps maintain product release timelines during the transition period. Delays in filling the role could impact finished goods release, customer deliveries, and overall operational performance.Supplier GuidancePlease prioritize candidates with quality systems, SAP, manufacturing quality, or lot/material release experience. General production or warehouse backgrounds without quality-related experience will likely not be a fit.
