Job Description

QA Technician | $21/hr + Shift Differential!

6pm-6am- Weekends off rotate weeks

Aventure is partnered with an innovated company that's searching for a QA Tech to join their growing team in Mountain Lake, MN. Our client company's focus is to create high-quality ingredients designed to optimize health and nutrition. You'll want to be a part of this innovative team that collectively explores new ways to enhance product performance and value through broad human and animal nutrition portfolios! As a QA Technician you'll be responsible for providing analytical support and responding to internal calls. Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Conduct and interpret lab tests as well as complete laboratory computations leading to accurate data reporting.
Package and prepare samples for shipment to third party testing locations.
Conduct routine maintenance on all lab equipment and respond to technical product questions.
Complete routine clerical work such as filing, checking, and entering required information into the computer system.
Perform environmental and product testing, communicate results to the plant and corporate management groups as needed.
Analyze documents such as, GMP manuals, HACCP programs and send OOS notifications.

Requirements:

High School Degree or Equivalent
Previous laboratory experience, preferably in a food grade manufacturing facility, strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and computer software applications
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Starting pay: $21.00 + Shift Differential!
