This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing company with long-term career potential in a fast-paced production environment.We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support production operations and ensure all products meet company quality and food safety standards. This role is responsible for monitoring sanitation systems, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate quality documentation throughout the production process.Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished productsMonitor water flow and sanitation of treatment systems including ROs, tanks, filters, and media bedsMaintain HACCP and SQF quality recordsConduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standardsDocument production and QA activities accuratelyReport food safety and quality concerns to managementSupport production operations while maintaining GMP standardsAssist with sanitation and cleaning procedures as neededEnsure compliance with company safety and food safety procedureQuality Assurance Technician Requirements:Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in manufacturing requiredFood manufacturing, beverage, or GMP experience preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsBasic math and computer skills requiredAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftComfortable working in a manufacturing and food processing environmentMust complete pre-employment screenings including drug test and background checkApply today to start your career with a company that offers long-term growth and opportunity!Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by calling the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov.
