Job Description

2nd shift5pm – 3am 
  • Oversee compliance with all Label Control procedures/CCPS (Critical Control Points)
  • Perform finished product testing - sampling, testing, analyzing, and reporting of results.
  • Oversee hold, reject, and release criteria for both raw materials and finished product.
  • Oversee adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Assist in R&D, batching and production duties as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enforcing food safety protocols.
Responsible to ensure compliance with standards and requirements for food safety, GMP, SQF, and other regulatory or internal quality programs.Perform Environmental Swabs weekly, Inspections on cleaning activities & ATP swabbingEnvironmental Swabbing weekly, and allergen swabbing as neededPhysical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for long periods 
  • Bend, twist, reach, push, and pull regularly
  • Perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Work in varying temperatures
