Job Scope

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for Device History Record (DHR) review and ensures manufacturing documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with applicable quality system requirements prior to product release. This role supports product quality and regulatory compliance by reviewing production records, identifying discrepancies, coordinating resolution of documentation issues, and maintaining accurate quality records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify product labels and insert, perform data review for material intermediate and component releases, label reconciliation in DHR, complete release documentation (release forms and status labels)
• Conduct review of documentation in accordance with released procedures and GxP standards (GDP, GMP). Verification for compliance, including raw material status, calibration, etc.
• Attend interdepartmental meetings to support and coordinate product release, such as MRB.
• Assist with scanning and archiving. Create certificates of compliance for product release.
• Track key performance metrics related to DHR review and release.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Associate degree in a life science or engineering or equivalent related experience preferred or H.S. Diploma required
• 1+ Years Experience in an Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment preferred

Training and Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Windows and Office programs), familiarity with Oracle preferred
• Highly organized with proven time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines

The salary range for this position is $22.00-$28.00 hourly.
