Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA Test Engineer to lead end-to-end testing of contact center and banking applications. This role ensures seamless customer interactions across IVR, voice, and agent-assisted channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of IVR call flows, call routing, and CTI integration.
- Experience with SIP/VoIP protocols, ASR, TTS technologies, and DTMF validation.
- Proficiency in SQL/MySQL for backend validation.
- Strong skills in API integrations and end-to-end data flow testing.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Genesys Inbound Voice and Test Management.
- Knowledge of Ujet, Quest, CRM, and internal banking applications.
- Familiarity with Jira for defect tracking and resolution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Validate IVR call flows, customer authentication, skill-based call routing, and self-service banking features.
- Test payment processing solutions for various financial products, covering multiple scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Participate in test planning, test case development, defect triage meetings, sprint ceremonies, and release readiness assessments.
- Support production deployments and post-release validation activities to ensure system stability.
