Looking to start or restart your career in Software Quality Assurance?

Ace IT Careers is reviewing candidates for QA Tester and QA Analyst opportunities with employers and staffing partners across the United States.

This opportunity may be suitable for recent graduates, career changers, professionals returning to the workforce, and candidates with basic software testing knowledge who want to build practical QA experience.

Applicants who already meet technical requirements may proceed directly through our evaluation and recruitment process.

Candidates who demonstrate potential but need additional technical preparation may also be offered an optional paid QA Training & Placement Support pathway before pursuing suitable opportunities.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of Manual Software Testing concepts.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and STLC preferred.
  • Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and defect reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Exposure to Jira or another defect-management tool is a plus.
  • Basic SQL or API Testing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and testing processes.
  • Willingness to participate in a technical readiness evaluation.
  • Applicants requiring additional preparation may be offered a separate paid QA career-development program.
