Job Description
Request ID: 100143-1 Title: QA Tester Locations: Onsite: Syracuse, NY Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension. Pay Range: $30-$37/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)Skills: Manual Testing Processes and Management & QA Inspection and Testing Skill Experience Required: 4-6Role Descriptions:Key Responsibilities•Lead and coordinate contracted testing resources as needed•Ensure all test cases meet Equitable Advisors standards and are properly documented in Azure DevOps•Review test results for completeness and quality•Monitor and report testing progress against milestones and timelines•Facilitate defect triage and ensure timely resolution and retesting•Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders•Provide status reporting and escalate risks/issues as needed•Ensure accurate documentation of testing outcomesRequired Qualifications•4+ years of QA/testing experience in financial services•Strong experience coordinating large-scale testing efforts•Prior experience with advisor platforms, wealth management, or banking systems•Deep understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing•Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking•Excellent communication and organizational skills•Experience with large-scale system migrations or transformation programs•Exposure to LPL Financial’s ClientWorks, Account View, or similar platforms•Understanding of end-to-end business workflows in financial services
