Job Title: QA Validation SpecialistLocation: Rensselaer, NY (Onsite)

Job Summary: The QA Validation Specialist will support facilities compliance and quality assurance activities by reviewing technical documentation, validating data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and review technical documentation for QA compliance
Analyze vendor data, verify calculations, and ensure report accuracy
Support cleanroom and certification-related validation activities
Collaborate with Facilities Compliance and QA teams
Address and defend technical adjustments during QA review
Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and documentation standards

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in QA/validation or technical documentation
Experience in regulated environments (biotech, cleanroom, healthcare)
Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred:

Experience with BMRAM or BDMS systems
Familiarity with cleanroom certifications and HEPA systems
Knowledge of GMP/GDP documentation practices
