Job Summary Join our dynamic team in the Original Content Services group, where we oversee the creation, quality control, and processing of original content. Department Overview Our team is dedicated to creating a premier video experience for all content types, impacting the industry on a global scale. We value candidates who are passionate about entertainment and the customer experience. Our diverse organization has expertise in Partner Relations, TV App Services, Video Services, Music Video Content, Technical Operations, and Quality Control. Key Responsibilities Perform master-level quality control of various audio and picture assets for original content. Generate and distribute quality control reports for these assets. Create deliverables for archival, distribution, and servicing activities. Provide editorial services to ensure compliance across all release territories. Screen content for cultural sensitivities and generate appropriate reports. Create and maintain workflow documentation. Manage asset availability data within the internal order management system. Evaluate and provide feedback to improve current workflows. Communicate technical information effectively to various audiences. Other responsibilities as assigned by management. Key Qualifications Minimum of 7 years’ experience in quality control or media operations within the media and entertainment industry. Strong knowledge of post-production and finishing workflows (10%). Experience in creating, analyzing, and troubleshooting quality control reports for audio and video assets (10%). Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence (10%). Understanding of audio/video containers, codecs, and file formats, including HDR and Dolby Atmos (10%). Proficiency with mastering and NLE software programs such as ColorFront, ProTools, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (10%). Familiarity with creating reports to flag cultural sensitivities (10%). Knowledge of domestic and international versioning, including multiple languages and picture text types (10%). Awareness of post-production A/V infrastructure (10%). Exceptional project management skills and ability to communicate asset availability (10%). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines (10%). Education College education preferred, along with 7 years of experience in quality control or media operations within the media and entertainment industry.
