LINK Staffing is hiring a QC Inspector- Electrical in the Katy, TX area. This is a 1st shift, Monday through Friday, temp-to-hire role paying $22.00/hour.

This position is a good fit for someone with manufacturing quality inspection experience who can check electrical assemblies, inspect wiring and workmanship, read schematics, use a digital multimeter, and document results accurately.

You will inspect assemblies before they move forward in production, verify quality requirements, and help catch wiring, workmanship, paperwork, or component issues early.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect electrical assemblies, wiring, components, and finished work

• Review QC check sheets, assembly paperwork, and inspection records for accuracy

• Read schematics, wiring drawings, basic mechanical drawings, and work instructions

• Check wiring, labels, parts, workmanship, and finished assemblies against requirements

• Use digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools during inspection

• Identify poor workmanship, missing information, incorrect parts, or quality issues

• Document inspection results with clear notes, measurements, and reports

• Communicate quality concerns to production and quality team members

• Keep the inspection area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of quality control or inspection experience in manufacturing preferred

• Experience inspecting electrical assemblies, wiring, panels, or similar products preferred

• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring drawings, or work instructions

• Able to read basic mechanical drawings and production paperwork

• Experience using digital multimeters, tape measures, and basic hand tools

• Able to identify workmanship issues and document defects accurately

• Basic computer skills for inspection records and documentation

• Basic English communication skills for work instructions, safety, and documentation

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on inspection work

• MS Office or ISO 9001 experience is a plus
