The Quality Control Inspector plays a key role in ensuring products meet the highest quality standards through laboratory testing, inspection, equipment calibration, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with laboratory equipment, and making a direct impact on product quality and patient safety.Responsibilities & Duties:

Release finished product for shipment
Release raw materials to production (incoming control)
Maintain accurate records and files, ensure IPC results are inside specifications and well recorded
Prepare and operate laboratory equipment
Performs variety of other duties as assigned
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and participate to the 6S
Open deviation form when necessary (internal deviation, non-conforming product, supplier complaints)
Archive batch files and is responsible for retain samples
Perform data collection and data entry into computer system
Perform confirmation and associated transaction in SAP

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
1-3 years of Quality Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience (GMP preferred)
ASQ Quality Technician certification is a plus.
Experience operating laboratory testing and measuring equipment.
Understanding of quality systems, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement principles.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records in a regulated manufacturing environment.
