We offer benefits as well as 401k.Position Details: Title: QC Analyst I Laboratory Technician ChemistryPosition Type: 3 month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business needJob Location: Newark, DEShift: 7AM-7PM –rotating schedule on 28day pattern. days and nights, weekends and weekdaysBenefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, PTO Compensation: $18-$24/HRPosition SummaryQC Analyst I within the Quality Control team responsible for performing analytical testing on finished products, in-process materials, and raw materials in a chemistry laboratory. Subject Line: Position Title and State you are located- Perform routine QC testing accurately and consistently in a GMP laboratory environment
- Conduct testing in accordance with SOPs and established procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Prepare, qualify, and manage laboratory reagents as required
- Record, analyze, and report results using LIMS
- Communicate test results and relevant findings to appropriate stakeholders
- Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree in Chemical Technology, Microbiology, or related scientific field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- 6 months to 2 years of GMP laboratory or equivalent chemistry lab experience preferred
- Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and analytical testing procedures
- Strong math and analytical skills, including ability to perform calculations
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and general computer systems
