Job Details

What you’ll own:

Develop and administer the Project Quality Control PlanLead the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-UpCoordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspectionsManage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentationEnsure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specifications, and federal requirementsWork directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadershipMentor field teams and help drive a culture of quality and accountability

What they’re looking for:

5+ years managing QC on federal construction projectsDemonstrated experience with the Three Phases of Quality ControlHealthcare, hospital, or other mission-critical construction experienceProcore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experienceStrong understanding of construction materials, means, methods, and building systemsAbility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as project requirements dictate
