Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations at multiple restaurants ensuring operational excellence and brand compliance
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and staffing
Support General Managers with problem-solving, equipment issues, and vendor coordination
Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and Shift Leaders to build a high-performance team
Drive sales growth and manage labor, food costs, and controllables to meet financial targets
Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and labor laws across all locations
Provide clear communication between franchise leadership and restaurant teams with regular updates and reports

Desired Experience & Education

Strong background in restaurant operations, food safety, labor management, and P&L oversight
Proven ability to coach and develop management teams effectively
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between multiple restaurant locations
