Job Description

JOB TITLE: Quality AdministratorPAY RANGE: $25 - $30 | SHIFT: 1st  Mon – Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | TYPE: Onsite SEE WHAT WE DO: https://youtu.be/kvuAbB4969E?si=MCg_01gD0C0BCG6-QUICK SUMMARYThe Quality Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and submitting quality documentation to customers while supporting internal quality processes including RMAs, certifications, and reporting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Create and submit customer documentation (FAIs, certs, reports)
  • Collect and manage supplier certifications (material, plating, hardware)
  • Process RMAs and support NCR documentation
  • Generate inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance
  • Support quality checks and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Maintain organized digital records and files
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with GD&T or print reading (Preferred)
