Phoenix Mecano, Inc. seeks a Quality and Compliance Manager in Frederick, MD.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial and Business Administration with a concentration in Industrial Management, or a closely related degree field required. Employer will accept a foreign degree equivalent. Two (2) years of experience as a Quality and Compliance Manager, Product Manager, or Project Manager in a manufacturing environment required. Must possess: (1) ability to manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS); (2) ability to manage calibration processes and documentation control, including traceability records; (3) knowledge of ERP documentation and reporting processes; (4) knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools used to monitor quality and compliance indicators; (5) knowledge of international standards, including ISO requirements; and (6) ability to coordinate compliance activities with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.

Salary: $99,050.
