Purpose and Mission

Responsible for quality assurance activities, documentation, process improvement and SHE (Safety Health and Environment) activities at a specific site.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Documentation and Reporting:
• Documenting quality assurance activities, including inspections and audits.
• Create audit reports and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with Off Site Quality Specialist to address any issues.
• Collaborate with off Site Safety Manager to address any issues.
• Process Support:
• Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Track and document quality-related processes.
• Document and follow-up on Safety related issues.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Training and Compliance:
• Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.
• Support training initiatives related to quality procedures.
• Ensure companywide compliance with quality protocols.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and share ideas with the quality team.
• Maintain consistency in handling sensitive data.
• Contribute to a culture of quality awareness.

Skills

• Data collection and analysis skills.
• Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).

Previous Experience

• No specific experience required; willingness to learn and contribute to the team.

Qualifications and Education

• Relevant education or training in quality management or a related field.
• Certifications related to quality assurance are a plus.
