Introduction
As a key player in ensuring product quality, you will execute and improve test processes, collaborate with engineering and QA leads, and support the delivery of high-quality features. This role is designed for individuals who can operate independently, contribute to test strategy, and take ownership of execution within defined scopes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing and executing test cases and test plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with dashboarding tools and quality metrics
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, SQL
- Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features
- Reproduce, document, and triage bugs; work closely with engineering to drive resolution
- Write and maintain clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans
- Support QA leads in driving test strategy and test plan creation
- Create and maintain dashboards to track quality metrics and test progress
- Conduct product and bug audits with QA leads’ guidance
- Provide release readiness support for medium/small size features
- Lead test execution for small to medium-sized projects or features
- Attend status meetings and represent QA in the absence of QA leads
- Support stealth projects requiring a higher level of diligence in execution
