Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Programmer/Developer St,Paul,MN remote Technical Responsibilities

Framework Leadership: Design, architect, and modernize reusable enterprise automation frameworks to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
Automation Execution: Build and maintain functional, API, system integration, and regression test suites for large-scale applications.
CI/CD & Database: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and develop complex SQL queries for database validation.
Agile Mentorship: Guide QA engineers through code reviews, recommend new tools, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts during Agile ceremonies.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ Years: Designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for mission-critical enterprise applications.
5+ Years: Building object-oriented automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, or similar technologies.
5+ Years: Writing SQL queries and performing advanced database validation.
3+ Years: Integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).

Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Programmer/Developer Desired Expertise

Leadership Titles: Prior experience acting as an Automation Architect, Principal QA Engineer, or Framework Lead.
Legacy Modernization: Proven ability to evaluate and rebuild mature automation frameworks from the ground up to improve efficiency.
Technical Breadth: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, performance testing initiatives, and enterprise test management tools (IBM ETM/QM/CLM).
Regulated Industries: Strong background supporting highly regulated, complex environments such as government, healthcare, or human services.
