Hiring: Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist Location: North Chicago, IL 60085 Hybrid We are looking for an experienced QA professional to support pharmaceutical quality operations, lead quality projects, improve QA processes, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and support QA projects Coordinate with QA teams and planners Support pharma quality initiatives Track and improve QA processes Review quality data and metrics Identify risks and develop solutions Prepare project plans and requirements Support regulatory inspections Lead quality and process improvement projects Provide project updates to management Work with Quality teams and contractors
Requirements: QA / Quality Systems experience Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience Knowledge of aseptic processes Combination product experience preferred Project management experience Strong communication skills Experience with quality metrics and process improvement Knowledge of regulatory requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
