Job Description
Title: Quality Assurance Consultant Location: Newark,DEEmployment Type: ContractCompensationPay Range:$41.65-$59.50 Per HrDescriptionDevelop, maintain, and execute test automation frameworks using a generic programming language.Serve as a key technical resource within an agile team supporting automation processes.Operate as both a test automation developer and support contact for offshore teams.Conduct testing on devices and software, ensuring business, technical, and functional requirements are met.Communicate effectively with various teams, including Senior Leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to Quality Assurance project teams and ensure standard quality practices are followed.Design and execute test scripts to identify defects prior to production.Manage data and ensure timely completion of all testing deliverables.Identify and mitigate operational risks related to system test plans.Provide verbal and written updates to key stakeholders.Plan and facilitate meetings with stakeholders during test planning and development activities.QualificationsProficient in a generic programming language with experience in automation framework design (5-7 years).Hands-on experience in web applications automation development (3-5 years).Experience managing test case execution using version control systems (3 years).Experience working within an agile/scrum team model (3 years).Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Core TechnologiesTest Automation Tools | Programming Languages | Version Control Systems | Agile ToolsBenefitsLearn more about our benefits offerings here https://www.mitchellmartin.com/careers/benefits-perksOnboarding ExpectationsLearn more about our Onboarding Process here https://youtu.be/rjV_NFYjyY4EEO StatementLearn more about our EEO policy here https://www.mitchellmartin.com/eoe-statement
