Landmark Outdoor Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and interacting with both customers and internal teams. This hybrid field position includes starting each day at the office before using a company vehicle to travel to commercial and residential properties.
What You'll Do:
- Inspect completed landscaping and maintenance work at customer properties
- Walk properties to ensure quality standards are met
- Take photos and document completed work
- Identify issues including:
- Dead or overgrown plants
- Bare grass areas
- Tree damage or obstructions
- Irrigation concerns such as dry or wet spots
- Edging, mulching, erosion, and cleanup needs
- Identify enhancement opportunities such as:
- Power washing
- Seasonal color
- Mulching
- Christmas lighting
- Additional landscape improvements
- Communicate findings with office staff, sales representatives, estimators, and crews
- Enter inspection notes and photos into company software

You'll Know You're a Good Fit if You:
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable working outdoors and walking large properties throughout the day
- Are able to work independently
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
- Have basic computer and smartphone skills
- Have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Preference given for knowledge of landscape, irrigation, turf, or plants and/or experience in property inspections or outdoor services
