As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll be involved in ensuring product quality and process adherence. Youll work closely with team members to uphold the highest standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What Youll Do As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Perform QC inspections on parts and materials*
- Inspect machine setup and stamped/marked parts*
- Ensure QC-approved parts meet specifications*
- Log rejected parts and accurately enter data into MRP system*
- Maintain and troubleshoot tools as needed*
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team
- Willingness to learn and train, especially with measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and protractors*
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints*
- Strong attention to detail*
- Capability to multitask efficiently*
- Self-motivation and independence*
- Basic math skills*
- Basic computer proficiency*
- Quick learner regarding shipping requirements from various shipping companies*
- Good communication skills with employees and vendors*
