Infosys Helix is seeking a Quality & Performance Squad Consultant for this growing team. The Quality & Performance Squad consultant will provide leadership and oversight for the implementation and operations for Infosys Helix capabilities for supporting Quality and Performance aspects of Medicare Advantage plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and governance for the delegated BPaaS responsibilities related to Quality and Performance for Medicare Advantage program
- Own the end to end implementation roadmap of applicable capabilities and the definition and implementation of the BPaaS operating model post go live.
- Ensure that regulatory, contractual and other compliance requirements are embedded into applicable platform workflows and business processes
- Support client to meet regulatory requirements including audit and reporting requirement
.Required Qualifications
- The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tempe, AZ or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Education.
- 4 Yrs of Domain experience (Healthcare).
- Experience in software delivery or product implementations with experience in healthcare SaaS/BPaaS implementations
- Experience working on Medicare advantage programs with good exposure to Quality improvement programs, performance reporting including HEDIS and STAR ratings
- Experience in developing HIPAA compliant applications/ operational processes.
- Proven success in leading enterprise scale, cloud platform implementations in an agile, fast paced environment.
- Deep expertise on Quality Improvement programs, performance reporting including HEDIS and STAR
- Medicare advantage related regulations, HIPAA
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations.
- Knowledge of SaaS architecture and integrations.
- Knowledge and experience of scaled agile frameworks
- Strong program management and execution skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills .
