- Experienced leader with proven work managing quality and safety programs (manufacturing environment preferably).
- Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, align initiatives with organizational goals, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Hands-on and approachable leader who is present within the facility and comfortable engaging directly with production teams.
- Strong problem solver with expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and preventive measures.
- Customer-focused professional capable of handling quality concerns, audits, investigations, and difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Effective communicator who can build credibility and trust with employees, management, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
