Job Title: Quality Engineer

Our team thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement to meet and exceed industry expectations.Company Location:- West Columbia- SC 29170- USAGeneral Purpose:Audits processes and products (post-production) to ensure requirements and specifications are met.Roles and Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate data collection.- Conduct internal audits following regulatory, industry, and internal quality guidelines, including ISO.- Conduct process audits and follow up on the closure of open audits.- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions of audit findings, tracking to resolution.- Initiate product/process improvements.- Aid in filing audits and maintaining records.- Monitor and report metrics to meet business needs.- Prepare reject reports by identifying necessary information for follow-up and analyze rejects/defects for patterns of process errors or other areas of concern.- Provide immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.- Facilitate Quality Alert meetings as required.- Provide process training as needed.Experience Level:Preferred experience level is 1 to 5 years.Desired Skills:We are looking for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in data analysis.
