This role is responsible for maintaining quality documentation, ensuring traceability, supporting audits, and helping keep operations compliant with industry and customer requirements.The ideal Quality Clerk thrives in an organized environment, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys supporting quality and compliance initiatives.Required Experience & Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation Familiarity with quality systems and controlled documentation processes preferred Experience with QMS software such as QT9 or similar is a plus Basic understanding of AS9100, ISO, or aerospace quality systems preferred but not required Familiarity with FAA documentation is a plus Reliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and controlling quality records in accordance with FAA and AS9100 requirements Support the Quality Assurance team with daily administrative and documentation tasks Enter, update, and manage data within the Quality Management System (QT9 or similar) Assist with preparation for internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits Help track nonconformances, corrective actions, and employee training records Assist with revision control of manuals, procedures, forms, and quality documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting, maintaining, and posting quality data Maintain accurate records to support compliance and traceability requirements Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standardsPreferred Experience 1 3 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related environment preferred Experience working with quality documentation systems Exposure to AS9100, ISO, FAA, or regulated manufacturing environmentsWork Environment Aerospace manufacturing and office environment Primarily administrative and documentation-focused role Frequent interaction with quality, production, engineering, and management teams Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy, organization, and attention to detailWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Stable Monday Friday day shift schedule Opportunity to gain experience in the aerospace industry Great entry point into quality assurance and compliance careers Professional work environment with long-term growth potential Exposure to FAA and AS9100 quality systems and processesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
