Job Description

Quality Control TechnicianLocation: Cozad, NEPay:
  • Training Period: $17.75/hour (Day Shift)
  • After Training: $19.60/hour (Night Shift)
Schedule:Training (First 30 Days)
  • 6: 00 AM 3: 00 PM for several weeks
  • Then 9: 00 AM 6: 00 PM for several weeks
After Training
  • 6: 00 PM 6: 00 AM
  • 12-Hour Rotating Schedule
  • Work 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on
  • Every other weekend required
Be the Final Check for QualityAre you detail-oriented and take pride in making sure products meet high standards? We're looking for a Quality Control Technician to help ensure products meet quality specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving and being an important part of the production team.What You'll Do
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process
  • Verify products meet quality standards and specifications
  • Complete quality control reports and documentation
  • Identify and communicate quality concerns
  • Work closely with production teams to maintain product quality
  • Follow established quality and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
  • Steel-toed boots required
